In collaboration with our partner, Expo Media, CStrat offers corporate training, enabling a deep understanding of the forces that drive a business — strategy, corporate culture, teamwork, customer satisfaction and leadership.

Our Training Philosophy:

Studies have shown that traditional lecturing does not result into a lasting knowledge transfer.  As such, our training approach is based on business simulations, which is an effective way of building knowledge in an environment which is conducive to team building, experience learning and energetic commitment

Interactive Workshops:

So as to help companies address common and company-specific challenges, we offer interactive workshops with a subtle combination of lectures, work group discussions and business simulation exercises. The business simulation exercises can be computer based or via a board game.
