Our Team

Managing Partner

Sansjiv C. Nuckchady is a seasoned professional, with proven experience in strategic planning, marketing, business development and sales optimisation. Besides his strong insurance background, he has evolved in the broader financial environment and the healthcare sector with equal success. In addition to his deep knowledge of the Mauritian market, Sansjiv C. Nuckchady has acquired extensive experience in mainland Africa.

 

Sansjiv is a Chartered Insurer and holds an MBA from Napier University.

Senior Partner 

Mårten Eklund is an expert training adviser with more than 15 years of international experience, handling leadership development, balanced scorecards implementation and facilitating business understanding. He has also been involved with several start-ups, and is the co-founder of Expo Media NS AB.

 

Mårten holds a Master’s in Engineering from The Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm and is an ICC Certified Business Coach.

Senior Partner

Henrik Schlyter is an experienced training consultant of more than 25 years, dealing with change management projects and facilitating business understanding. He is specialised in interactive training and business simulations. He is also the co-founder of Expo Media NS AB.

 

Henrik holds two Bachelor’s degrees, in Statistics as well as in Business Administration and Economics, from the Stockholm University and is an ICC Certified Business Coach.
